Hi, I’m Kristen.

Hi, I’m Kristen.

You know what you do. You know it matters.

But somewhere between what’s in your head and what you actually say — on your website, in a grant application, on a stage, in the way your team tells your story — something gets lost.

I find it. I translate it into language people can finally feel. And I build the bridge between what you want to give and what the people in front of you actually need to hear.

That’s the gap I close.

Let’s make sure they hear what you mean.

I’ve spent my entire career learning how to see people, really see them. Thirteen years in radio taught me how to connect with people I’d never met, to entertain them, understand them, and see them without ever being in the same room. More than a decade in nonprofit leadership showed me what happens when people feel invisible, and what happens when someone cares enough to change that. Somewhere along the way I realized the ability to truly see another person isn’t just a personality trait.

It’s a superpower. And somewhere along the way, most of us forgot we had it.

Today I use that superpower in service of leaders, organizations, and small businesses who are building something meaningful, but can’t figure out why what they’re saying isn’t landing the way they intend.

That gap between what you mean and what people hear? I close it.

The most powerful thing I can do for someone is show them what I see in them.
